As a user of MentorSphere.Africa, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Act professionally and respectfully in all interactions.

  • Honor all scheduled meetings and communicate promptly if rescheduling is necessary.

  • Abide by all program guidelines outlined in The Mentorship Code.

 

4. Code of Conduct

Users are required to maintain professionalism and adhere to the following principles:

  • Treat all participants with respect and courtesy.

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior.

  • Uphold confidentiality and protect the privacy of shared information.

  • Avoid any behavior that could harm the reputation or integrity of MentorSphere.Africa.

 

5. Program Participation

  1. Mentorship Duration: The standard program duration is three months. Extensions may be considered with mutual agreement.

  2. Pairing Process: MentorSphere.Africa matches mentors and mentees based on shared goals and compatibility.

  3. Feedback: Participants are encouraged to provide feedback at the end of the program.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the MentorSphere.Africa platform, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of MentorSphere.Africa or its contributors and is protected by copyright laws.

  2. Users are granted a limited license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  3. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform content is prohibited.

 

7. Confidentiality

  1. All users must respect the confidentiality of information shared during mentorship sessions.

  2. MentorSphere.Africa is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by individual participants.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

MentorSphere.Africa is not liable for:
