2. Who can join?

MentorSphere.Africa is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We believe that this age requirement helps ensure that participants are at a stage where they can fully benefit from the mentorship experience and contribute meaningfully to the program.

3. Is there a fee to participate?

No, there is no fee to participate. Our program is completely free, as we are committed to making mentorship accessible to all eligible individuals who are interested in personal and professional development.

4. How long does the mentorship program last?

The mentorship program is structured to last for a period of 3 months. This time frame is designed to allow sufficient time for mentors and mentees to establish a meaningful connection and work towards achieving the mentee's goals.

5. How many participants are allowed in the program?

To ensure the quality of the mentorship experience, we propose an intake of 50 mentor-mentee pairs for each 3-month period. This number allows us to manage the program effectively while providing personalized support to each pair.

6. What about confidentiality and safety?

Confidentiality and safety are our top priorities. All mentorship sessions are conducted online, and we do not encourage or facilitate physical meetings outside of our platform. We expect all participants to respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information shared during sessions.
