1. Introduction:

This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the guidelines and stipulations regarding the ownership, use, and contribution of materials, resources, and content within the scope of the mentorship program. The policy is designed to protect the intellectual property rights of the creators while fostering an environment of sharing, learning, and collaboration.

 

2. Content Ownership:

• Ownership of Materials: All materials, resources, and content provided by the mentorship program, including but not limited to documents, presentations, videos, webinars, and any other intellectual property, remain the property of the mentorship program or their respective owners.

• Usage Rights: Participants in the mentorship program are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the provided materials solely for personal and non-commercial purposes related to the mentorship program. Any other use of the materials requires explicit written permission from the owner.

• Restrictions: Under no circumstances may participants reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise use the materials provided by the mentorship program for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written consent from the rightful owner.

 

3. Contributions:

 

• Participant Contributions: Participants are encouraged to contribute their own content, such as written work, graphics, models, or other materials, to the mentorship program to enhance learning and collaboration.

• Rights to Contributions: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any content contributed by participants to the mentorship program will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The contributor grants the mentorship program a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and prepare derivative works of the contributions.

• Moral Rights: Contributors of content to the mentorship program retain any moral rights they may have in their contributions, including the right to be attributed as the author of such content.

• Warranties by Contributors: By contributing content, participants warrant that they are the sole author or owner of the intellectual property rights to the content, or that they have obtained all necessary permissions and rights to use and contribute the content to the mentorship program.

• Protection of Intellectual Property: The mentorship program reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to enforce its intellectual property rights, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, and legal costs against individuals or entities that violate this policy.

5. Amendments:
